Who is it for?
Implementers, evaluators and policymakers.

NMEC is not widely understood by California’s energy efficiency practitioners.

To help to expand our collective knowledge of this important topic, the California Chapter of AESP has asked  two of the most prominent NMEC experts, Carmen Best of Recurve and David Jump of kW Engineering, to lay out the NMEC basics, including an overview of the CPUC’s NMEC Rulebook and how to manage risk when implementing NMEC. The discussion will be moderated by Jennifer Barnes.
