How it works

ETL

ETL stands for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL); raw data is extracted from the original sources (databases, flat files, APIs etc.); the data is then transformed to a uniform format used by the Recurve platform, and finally, the transformed data is loaded into a database accessible for analysis. Creating and managing the specific connectors to source meter data and project data is an inherently labor-intensive process. The Recurve Platform relies on a set of internal libraries for managing the technical infrastructure around ETL. These libraries contain modular pieces of code that can be used in various configurations depending on the data sources, allowing the ETL for new data sources to be completed quickly and efficiently.
